tip 2 rise blood count...

Some people suffer due to decrease in haemoglobin count in their blood..Here are some tips to rise their counts..
  • Foods which are rich in iron will rise the haemoglobin count.Most of the iron rich food items will be in brown colour...
  • Some of them are ,
                             *   Honey
                             *   Dates
                             *   Jaggery
                             *   Sapota fruit
                             *   Atthi fruit
If we regularly take  these food items along with our daily diet, then surely the haemoglobin level will rise...
