Ginger chutney

Ingredients needed,


  • ginger    - 50 gm
  • garlic     - 50 gm
  • red chilli - to taste (2 -3)
  • tamarind - to taste 
  • salt         - to taste

               Mix all the ingredients and cook in mild flame for 3min.Grind everything with a mixie by adding a little amount of water..Mix the paste with oil,mustard and urud dal and cook in the stove till it boils..
Now serve the chutney hot..

  4. Instead of chillies u can add pepper to it,if needed..
    But ginger and garlic itself will make it hot enough..
