Ingredients needed,
- ginger - 50 gm
- garlic - 50 gm
- red chilli - to taste (2 -3)
- tamarind - to taste
- salt - to taste
Mix all the ingredients and cook in mild flame for 3min.Grind everything with a mixie by adding a little amount of water..Mix the paste with oil,mustard and urud dal and cook in the stove till it boils..
Now serve the chutney hot..

ReplyDeleteBut ginger and garlic itself will make it hot enough..
