Omelet..

For lighter and fluffier omelets, instead of putting milk, use a tablespoon of water.

Remedy for dry lip...

                      


                  
                  Massaging the lips with a mixture of milk cream, lime juice and rose water helps to keep the lips nourished and moisturized.

           The lips may be kept soft during the day by applying some cocoa butter.



                    


           Honey is a nourishing natural substance that prevents drying of the lips. Protecting the lips with a coat of glycerin and wheat germ oil helps to prevent moisture loss. 


           Vitamin E oil may also be added. One can also apply a paste of mashed papaya to the lips and surrounding areas. Allow the papaya to remain on for about ten minutes and then rinse. Papaya is known to contain certain exfoliating enzymes which help to keep the lips soft and help as an effective cure for dry lips.
                          


           In order to keep the lips hydrated, it is also necessary to drink plenty of water. Low water levels in the body can also be one of the causes of dry lips because of dehydration.
                              

            Dehydration can be one of the causes of dry lips and mouths in adults and children as well.
            The juice of margosa leaves is known to be effective in healing chapped and dry lips. The juice can be extracted by grinding some margosa leaves.
                  
            Another beneficial natural remedy for chapped lips is aloe vera. The gel of aloe vera leaves can be extracted and applied to the lips and surrounding skin. 
                    


 Note : Don't apply vaseline.. it will change your lip colour to black..

        Most of us think that drinking coffee is unhealthy..But actually drinking one cup of decaffeinated coffee a day prevents us from Breast Cancer.
    Coffee intake may reduce one's risk of diabetes mellitus type 2 by up to half.Protects liver..Protects us from cardio vascular diseases..
        Coffee and tea are notorious for causing teeth staining. Make sure to sip or rinse your mouth with water while you're drinking coffee or tea and after you're done. 
       But too much drinking is not good..
 It leads to increase in the risk of blood pressure..

benefits -- you'll feel looser and enjoy more mobility in your joints 
immediately after popping. 


               *It takes 20+ minutes for the gases and fluids to get back 
into your knuckles to get poped again.


             * Not everybody's joints crack.


             * There is no scientific evidence that cracking your 


knuckles leads to arthritis.


             * However, it can't be good to repeatedly push a joint 
beyond its normal physical range. Besides that, it's annoying.


             * Cracking your knuckles may cause a decrease in your 
grip . it's not worth giving up.

              * But it's still annoying. 


              *By giving up cracking, we will not lose anything

cut nails

   


Nails should be cut regularly..
It's so important coz many microbes which are present in our nails may cause hundreds of diseases which will
 enter our body when we eat..
   So it's always good to have a trimmed  nail..cut it once in a week..
   keep it in your mind.....

Potato facial...

Ingredients needed,

  •  Potato   - 1
  •  milk  or  milk powder  - 5 tsp

               Cut potato into small pieces..And allow it to dry under the sun..
  Then powder the dry potato pieces and mix them with milk and apply it in your face...
         After 15min wash your face with water..Then your face will appear bright...
    Try it.............

         Tip : Whatever may be the facial pack, wash it within 1 hour.. during night time, wash it before u go to bed..
              It's not good to have it in your face for the whole night..Remember it......

Banana milk shake

Ingredients needed,

  •  Banana   - 2
  •  Milk       - 1 cup
  •  Sugar     - 5 tsp
             Mix all the ingredients and blend it using mixie..Keep it in refrigirator for 5min..
               Add ice cubes while serving..It will be yummmy...............

Ginger chutney

Ingredients needed,


  • ginger    - 50 gm
  • garlic     - 50 gm
  • red chilli - to taste (2 -3)
  • tamarind - to taste 
  • salt         - to taste

               Mix all the ingredients and cook in mild flame for 3min.Grind everything with a mixie by adding a little amount of water..Mix the paste with oil,mustard and urud dal and cook in the stove till it boils..
Now serve the chutney hot..

EASY CHOCOLATE

Ingredients needed,



  • Milk maid       - 1tin
  • Butter             - 50 grams
  • Chocopowder- 50 grams


                    Mix all the ingredients and heat it mildly. Stir it well..After 3 min allow it to cool..
    then pour it in a tray and allow it to dry...After 15min cut it in different shapes..
   And now the delicious chocolate is ready to taste...

Note : You can even add nuts to it...

  • Mix powdered fenugreek seeds along with water, and leave it for 1/2 an hour..Then drink it along with the water...

Betel leaves..

Many girls like to rub the nail polish, painted the logo on all kinds of beautiful, but this is in fact very unhealthy to the the body . The nail polish contains several chemical substances.
 Such nail polish applied to the nail, can keep moisturizes and  does not fade for long-term, which are loved by the people. However, these materials have a large biological toxicity, should avoid entering the human body, causing chronic poisoning. 

=====>If it is so,then nails can dry out, just like skin. They can also peel, break, and be infected.




  So its better to avoid using nail polishes.
  The best way to have a healthy nail is to leave it as it is..........Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables will make your skin below the nail to appear pinkish.........
